Sam Edelman "Lorissa" Peep- toe Pumps

OK, so the wait is over. I've been anxiously anticipating receiving my shoes in the mail from "Bloomies". One scenario that played over and over in my head was opening the box, pulling out the shoes, and letting out a huge sigh...of disappointment! Thankfully, that scenario never played out. When the delivery man rang my door bell, I was like a kid at Christmas, genuinely hopeful with a slight air of caution. As I opened my package a voice in my head kept on chanting, "Please look good in person". As I was about to open the box, I took a deep breath and went for it. I took the shoes out of the box and let out a huge sigh...of relief!!!

These shoes were exactly what I was looking for, classy and sexy.  From the front they look very classic and demur (a la Charlotte from Sex & the City), but from the back they scream sex and attitude (a la Samantha Jones). It is a great balance of the two worlds.

The shoe is made of suede with a 4 inch stiletto heel and a mini platform to make it a bit more comfortable. Just a bit, these shoes are definitely not running around the city type of shoe, but they will suffice for getting in and out of cabs and a little dancing. These are the kind of shoes that you wear to make a statement.




I would definitely suggest pairing them with a more streamline or simple outfit. Let the shoes be the focus. A lot of ruffles or patterns will definitely compete with the shoe, thus making the shoe lose it's impact.



Ladies pull out this shoe when you want your man to see you as sweet but sexy at the same time, or when you want others to see you as a classy lady that takes no bull, either way you can't go wrong with these.

**side note**- Although rhinestones and studs can be incredibly trendy, these shoes are definitely classic. Can wear them for many seasons to come, without feeling out of the loop, so definitely worth the investment. :-)
