The Necessities: LBD

I believe that in every Divas' closet there must be a staple when it comes to dresses, and that is The Little Black Dress (LBD).  The little black dress is a must because of its versatility to fit every social occasion from cocktail parties, to weddings, to dancing the night away at club events.

I love this dress. It is even more beautiful in person. On the hanger, almost anyone will bypass it, without giving it a second look, but when you take the extra step and actually try it on, it screams sexy sophistication.

With this dress I would suggest keeping accessories to a minimum, because the lace really brings out the beauty of the dress. Over accessorizing will just distract and make it look like you are trying to hard. A beautiful pair of shoes, diamond (or cz) studs, and a simple watch or bracelet (one or the other, not both), and your ready to make a statement.








Every grown and sexy woman should definitely invest in a LBD. Try to avoid trendy little black dresses, as they have the tendency to look dated as time goes by. Invest in something that is classic, something that you can dress up or dress down with accessories. Invest in a dress that you can throw a blazer on and head into the office, or take the blazer off and head out on a date or to cocktails after work and still be elegant and sexy without skipping a beat.
