COACH Karla's Clutch Bag

Ok so if you watch my YouTube videos, you know that for my birthday my husband took me shopping. One of the gifts that he bought me was this COACH Kristin Graphic Op Art Hobo in the khaki color ($298).



What I didn't realize at the time was that COACH had another bag that I would love even  more. I originally chose the first one because I wanted something that would go with a couple pairs of COACH sneakers that  I have in the classic khaki color. I needed the bag to be able to be worn across my body when hanging out in the city or shopping, but I also wanted it to be big enough to carry a descent amount of my 'necessities', but not too big where it would overwhelm my frame. Although I chose the Kristin hobo, I still felt like it wasn't as versatile, style wise as I wanted it to be so I kept on looking.

I checked the COACH website once again and stumbled across this ....

Although it is $100 more, I feel like this bag is exactly what I was looking for. It can easily be worn with my COACH sneakers because of the brass hardware or if I wanted I could actually tie this scarf around the strap (for all my label whores) lol.


The clutch is large enough to hold my 'necessities', as well as extremely versatile. It can easily go from a day bag (that I can wear across the body) used for hanging out or going to lunch with friends, to a chic and sexy clutch for the evening. Another bonus for this clutch is that because it is all leather it will keep it's classic look and appear less dated than the hobo with the graphic COACH C print, over the course of time.  It can also easily transition from a summer bag to a fall (and even all seasons) clutch.  In my eyes, this clutch is totally worth the extra $100 for all of it's benefits.

So, I decided to return my hobo and go for the clutch!
