OOTD- A Simple Statement (Casual Chic)

Sometimes there are days when even I don't want to be bothered with a lot of fuss, but still want to look pulled together. On days like that, I like to go with what I know works. There is always something so chic about being dressed in all black and popping a statement piece or two to give the outfit life.

I decided to make a simple statement with this basic outfit by adding statement shoes, belt, and earrings. Normally I would prefer one or two statement pieces for my outfits, but because this outfit is so basic and the lines are very simple on it's own, I figured that 3 pieces in the same color spectrum made just enough of a statement for this outfit to scream casual chic.
