OOTD- Lacey in Chi-Town :-)

If you follow me on FaceBook or Twitter then you are well aware that two weeks ago I attended a beauty and skin care forum in Chicago, but when I returned I was so overwhelmed with a few projects that I had to complete that I just realized that I forgot to share my ootd from my first night in Chi-town. I didn't really have much time to see much between the time our plane landed and dinner, but I did make it a point to stop and pick up some pantyhose (Chicago was a bit colder than I expected).

While packing for the trip I knew that I wanted to be dressed appropriately for an elegant dinner because our itinerary did inform us that it was going to be semi-formal. I also didn't want to be overdressed so I decided on this lace embellished little black dress. The lace and fit did all of the work in making this pretty simple dress into something suitable for the occasion.

The food at Everest was delicious. All of the meals had fancy French translations, but I can't remember their names right now lol.

I had a great time in Chicago and met a group of really great people. Hopefully next time I will be able to squeeze in some time to really enjoy and explore a bit more of Chicago.

I definitely will be filling you divas in about the forum and also sharing some really helpful skin care information that I picked up while there in one of my videos.
