OOTD- Daylight Disco...The Statement Blazer!

Who says that sequins is just for night time fun?... When I first saw this blazer online, I knew that I had to have it. I debated with myself about the practicality of it, but then I thought to my self, "Who says being divalicious is always practical?" With that thought I went ahead and made the online purchase. It took about 3 weeks for me to receive it and the whole time I was thinking to myself (yes, I am an over-thinker at times lol), "what am I possibly going to wear with this and where am I going to where it to?" It is covered in multi-color sequins for goodness sake! I started to think that this may be one of those items that may look good on a hanger, but may never see the light of day...that was until it finally arrived. When I opened the package, it was love at first sight. The blazer is totally me!

I am a lover of sequins, beading, glitz and glam. I knew right away that there was more versatility in this little blazer than I thought. Paired with skinny jeans, it can take a casual look and transform it into a party or night on the town look; coupled with an lbd (little black dress), it can take you from cocktails to dancing; and paired with a light color dress or skirt, it can take you from church to a gallery opening. Of course the main ingredient when wearing sequence is confidence. Sequence screams look at me, I'm fabulous darling (lol)! ...(which is what every diva should believe :-).

  1. I over analyze some of my purchases as well but it all comes down to how YOU feel. With that said, this definitely is a statement blazer! Love it!

will you be entering this in the summer vision contest on Chictopia?
